Young Modern Woodmen members can receive a fun box in the mail for each birthday up to age 12. Each delivery includes an age-appropriate, high-quality book (ranging from classic tales to contemporary fiction) and other fun activities. Instill a love of reading, and help make your child’s big day even more memorable.
Does my child qualify?
To be eligible for the Birthday Book Club, your child must:
- Be younger than age 12.
- Be a member with Modern Woodmen life insurance or annuity coverage.
- Have at least one parent/guardian who is also a member with Modern Woodmen life insurance or annuity coverage.
How to apply
You can sign up your child(ren) in one of two ways:
- Contact your Modern Woodmen representative, who can register your family for the program. (Find contact information using the Find a Rep feature of this site.)
- Log in to your member account to access the online application. (Find Birthday Book Club under Member Programs.)
Subject to change, fraternal member programs are not part of the contract and may have specific eligibility requirements. Some programs are not available to all members. Log in to your online member account for complete details.
