Once logged into our secure member website, the information you will be asked to provide includes:
- Bank account holder's name.
- Daytime telephone number.
- Your bank's nine-digit routing number.
- Checking or savings account number.
Once the transaction is complete, a debit to collect the payment will be issued to your account within three business days. This option is free, secure and convenient with 24-hour access. If you have any questions about this payment option, call our Service Center at 800-447-9811, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Central).
Monthly automatic bank check plan
Save time, money and postage by signing up for our automatic bank check plan. Your premium can automatically be deducted each month from a checking or savings account.
To sign up for this convenient payment plan, print, complete and return the automatic bank check plan authorization form to the headquarters using the instructions provided in the PDF. To discontinue an ABC plan, please contact your Modern Woodmen representative or the Service Center at 800-447-9811, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Central).
Payment by phone
Premium, loan and additional payments can be made 24/7 over the phone by calling 800-447-9811 or 309-558-3077.

Mail
Certificates on a quarterly, semiannual or annual mode will receive a premium due notice approximately two weeks before the premium is due. A pre-addressed return envelope will be mailed with the notices for your convenience in returning your payment by mail to our headquarters. The payment should be made by personal check or money order. * Please do not send cash.
