As a member-based, fraternal financial services organization, Modern Woodmen of America collects and stores information needed to provide service and communicate with our members and to reach others regarding our products and services.
We take users’ privacy seriously and annually provide our members with a privacy notice that describes the kinds of information Modern Woodmen collects. Examples of this information include:
- Information we get from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address.
- Information on your Modern Woodmen plan coverage, premiums, payment history, investment history, investment transfers and account balances.
- Credit-related information, like credit history from credit-reporting agencies.
